At FarmMart, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our service. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality produce and other goods. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The item(s) delivered were damaged, spoiled, or incorrect
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
The product remains unused and in its original condition
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:
Contact our support team via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) in question
A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In cases of partial issues (e.g., one item out of several), we may refund only the affected item(s).
4. Exchanges
We offer free replacements for damaged or incorrect items. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative or issue a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods not reported within 24 hours
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Sale or clearance items
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an item is in transit, cancellations are not possible.
